سياسة الخصوصية (العربية)
مقدمة
تلتزم شركة Gulf Invest Trading بتوفير أعلى مستويات الحماية فيما يتعلق بمعالجة البيانات الشخصية لعملائنا،
وذلك وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه التنفيذية. يوضح هذا الإشعار كيفية جمع
واستخدام وتخزين والإفصاح عن بياناتك، وأساس معالجتها.
1) المسؤولية عن معالجة البيانات
تعد Gulf Invest Trading مراقبًا للبيانات ومسؤولة عن تحديد كيفية استخدام بياناتك وحمايتها.
2) نطاق الإشعار
يسري على العملاء الحاليين والسابقين والمحتملين، وممثليهم والمستفيدين وجهات الاتصال ذات الصلة.
3) البيانات التي نجمعها
هوية (الاسم، الهوية/الإقامة، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنسية)، تواصل (البريد وأرقام الهاتف والعنوان الوطني)،
مالية (الحساب البنكي، مصدر الأموال، تفاصيل المعاملات والخبرة الاستثمارية)، بيانات استخدام ومعاملات،
ومتطلبات الامتثال (KYC/AML/CFT).
4) طرق الجمع
مباشرةً من العميل، أو عبر ممثلين ووسطاء، أو من سجلات رسمية ومصادر عامة، أو مزودي تحقق وهوية.
5) الأساس النظامي للمعالجة
تنفيذ عقد، الامتثال للأنظمة السعودية (ومنها مكافحة غسل الأموال)، حماية المصالح المشروعة،
وموافقتك الصريحة حيثما لزم.
6) مشاركة البيانات
مع جهات تنظيمية (مثل البنك المركزي السعودي والجهات القضائية)، والبنوك ومعالجي المدفوعات،
ومزودي التقنية والامتثال—مع التزامهم بالسرية والأمن.
7) نقل البيانات خارج المملكة
عند الحاجة نضمن مستوى حماية مكافئ من خلال ضمانات تعاقدية ومتطلبات قانونية.
8) الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ بها طوال العلاقة أو وفق المتطلبات النظامية (وقد تصل حتى عشر سنوات في سياق AML).
9) حقوقك
الاطلاع، التصحيح/التحديث، الحذف في حالات معينة، سحب الموافقة حيث تنطبق،
وتقديم شكوى إلى سدايا.
10) أمن المعلومات
نطبق ضوابط تقنية وإدارية (تشفير، جدران حماية، تحكم وصول) مع الإقرار بعدم إمكان ضمان حماية مطلقة.
11) تحديثات السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعلمك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر المنصة أو البريد الإلكتروني.

Privacy Policy (English)
Introduction
Gulf Invest Trading is committed to protecting clients’ personal data in accordance with the
Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. This notice explains how we collect,
use, store, disclose, and process your data and the legal bases for doing so.
1) Data Controller
Gulf Invest Trading acts as the data controller and is responsible for determining how your data is used and protected.
2) Scope
Applies to current, former, and prospective clients, their authorized representatives, beneficiaries, and relevant contacts.
3) Data We Collect
Identity (name, national/residency ID, DOB, nationality), Contact (email, phone, national address),
Financial (bank details, source of funds, transactions, investment experience), Usage/transaction data,
and Compliance (KYC/AML/CFT).
4) How We Collect
Directly from you, via representatives/intermediaries, official/public sources, and verification/identity providers.
5) Legal Bases
Contract performance, compliance with Saudi laws (e.g., AML/CFT), protection of legitimate interests, and your explicit consent where required.
6) Sharing
With regulators (e.g., SAMA, courts), banks/payment processors, technology and compliance vendors—subject to confidentiality and security.
7) Cross-Border Transfers
Where necessary, we ensure equivalent protection through contractual safeguards and legal requirements.
8) Retention
We retain data for the duration of our relationship or as required by Saudi law (e.g., up to ten years for AML).
9) Your Rights
Access, rectification/update, deletion (in certain cases), withdrawal of consent (where applicable), and the right to complain to SDAIA.
10) Security
We apply technical/organizational safeguards (encryption, firewalls, access controls). No online system can be absolutely secure.

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified via email or posted on our platform.
