User Agreement (English)

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Gulf Invest Trading (the “Platform” or “we”). We may amend this Agreement from time to time at our discretion. We will notify you of material changes through available channels, and the latest version will always be published on this page. Changes take effect 24 hours after posting. If you disagree with any change, your sole remedy is to cease using the services and close your account. By opening an account or logging in, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1) Eligibility & Compliance

Using the Platform requires successful completion of KYC and AML/CFT checks and providing accurate, up-to-date information (e.g., name, National Address, ID/Residency, email, phone, source of funds/income). We may verify with licensed third parties and retain compliance records. You confirm legal capacity, and if registering for an entity, you are duly authorized to bind it.

2) Your Account

Create a strong password, keep it confidential, and notify us of any suspected breach. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Your transaction history is available on your dashboard; review it and report issues promptly.

3) Services & Investments

The Platform may offer investment/trading services and financial/digital instruments (as permitted and licensed in KSA). Services can include order execution, custody with licensed custodians, and payments via approved providers. Funds required to fill orders (including fees) may be held until filled or canceled. Pricing/fees are disclosed and may be updated.

4) Order Routing & Execution

We aim to execute fairly and promptly based on price, cost, speed, likelihood of execution, liquidity, and order type. Orders may be partially filled or rejected where funds/assets are insufficient or markets are disrupted.

5) Transfers, Errors & Cancellations

Transfers via payment networks/ledgers/providers may depend on third-party confirmations. Confirmed transactions are typically final. We may cancel unexecuted orders and correct errors pursuant to published policies.

6) Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform, content, and marks are owned by Gulf Invest Trading. No copying, modification, redistribution, or derivative works without prior written consent.

7) Prohibited Use

No unlawful/fraudulent activity, market manipulation, IP infringement, security circumvention, unauthorized data scraping/automation, or impersonation without authorization.

8) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend/restrict/terminate services or close accounts for suspected misuse, regulatory/legal reasons, or by order of competent authorities. Notice will be given where lawful. Upon termination, obligations are settled and amounts may be retained for compliance/disputes as permitted by law.

9) Risks

Instruments/assets may involve high volatility and capital loss, and may be affected by technical outages or regulatory changes. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions; seek independent advice when needed.

10) Disclaimer & Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of profitability/fitness. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, we are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages; liability remains limited as allowed by law.

11) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/outages beyond our reasonable control, including telecom/Internet failures, disasters, governmental actions, or extraordinary market events.

12) Indemnity & Legal Costs

You agree to indemnify us for losses/claims arising from your breach of this Agreement/law. Regulatory/legal investigation costs may be charged to your account where permitted by law.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and your activities on the Platform are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unresolved disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh, in the Arabic language, before a sole arbitrator unless otherwise agreed.

14) General

Entire Agreement; no waiver; severability; change of control; survival; headings for convenience; notices via the registered email; Arabic version controls upon conflict.
